Declare withdrawal
This form works in English. The legally binding wording is the German version of this page.
Use this form to declare your withdrawal from a contract concluded with us. Your declaration is recorded in our register with a sequential receipt number and the exact time of receipt (§ 356a BGB); you see both immediately after submitting.
You do not need a customer account for this. Even if you have lost your password or already deleted your account, you can still declare your withdrawal here within the deadline.
Deadlines, consequences and exceptions of the right of withdrawal are set out in the withdrawal policy. This page does not replace it — it is the way to actually declare the withdrawal.
As long as you still have access to your account, the electronic withdrawal function in the customer area is the faster route: the order concerned is already on file there. Without an account, use this form.
Withdrawal received
Your declaration of withdrawal has reached us and has been entered in the register. Please make a note of the receipt number and the time of receipt — they are your proof that you withdrew within the deadline.

If the email address you entered belongs to a customer account, we also send the confirmation of receipt by email. We will contact you separately about the next steps — refund or credit.
We store your entries, your IP address and the time of receipt in order to prove that the withdrawal arrived (§ 356a(4) BGB, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). Declaring a withdrawal for someone else’s contract is unlawful.
