Short & honest
Are there hidden costs?
No. Console, firewall, DNS management and DDoS protection cost nothing extra. You only pay for what you add — more CPU, RAM or storage, more backup slots, an IPv4 address — and the configurator shows the price for each.
Does renewal cost more?
Not for servers: renewal uses the monthly price shown on your server in the customer area, with a discount for longer terms. For domains the registry sets the renewal price, and for some extensions it is higher than the first year. That’s why the table above shows it right next to the registration price.
Can I cancel at any time?
There is nothing to cancel. You pay a fixed term in advance; if you don’t renew, it simply ends.
What if my balance runs out?
Then nothing is charged and the service ends when the paid term runs out. You can still bring a server back with all its data by renewing it within seven days.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes, for every order — as a PDF in your account, archived in line with GoBD. Top-ups appear on your account statement, which you can also download there as a PDF.
