Right of Withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us,

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The fastest way is via our withdrawal form in the customer area, or the model withdrawal form below, which is not mandatory.

For contracts concluded online, the electronic withdrawal function in thecustomer area is also available throughout the entire withdrawal period (§ 356a BGB). Once you confirm your withdrawal, you receive a receipt confirmation with date and time.

Without a customer account — after a lost password or a deleted account, for example — the withdrawal form on this website is available for the same purpose. There, too, your declaration is recorded with a receipt number and the exact time of receipt; both are shown to you immediately.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

If you have requested that the service should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided until you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared with the full scope of services provided for under the contract.

Premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires for a contract for the supply of services if we have fully performed the service and only began performance after you gave your express consent and simultaneously confirmed your knowledge that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed by us.

Special notes on domains and balance

For domain registration, our service is fully performed upon successful entry with the responsible registry. If you have expressly consented to immediate performance and confirmed your knowledge of the resulting loss of the right of withdrawal, your right of withdrawal expires upon registration; a reversal is not possible thereafter, as the registration fee becomes due with the registry immediately.

For balance not yet redeemed for services, you may withdraw the corresponding top-up within fourteen days of the top-up; the top-up will be refunded to the extent it has not yet been consumed.
