You never pay for a server directly — you top up a balance. Orders and renewals are billed from that, to the day, with an invoice.

Payment processing is handled by Mollie (Mollie B.V., Amsterdam). Card and account details are processed there, never stored by us. Minimum amounts may apply depending on the method.

From top-up to invoice

Top up an amount
Choose an amount and method under "Balance" in your account, you'll be redirected to Mollie.

Credit
After successful payment, the balance is added to your account automatically.

Order & renew
Servers, domains and renewals are deducted from your balance — to the day.

Records
Every order gets an invoice as a PDF in your account, archived in a GoBD-compliant way; top-ups appear on your account statement, also as a PDF.

Payment & balance
Can I get my balance paid out?
Yes. Topped-up balance does not expire, and balance you have not spent yet is paid out at any time — informally, via a ticket. We refund via the routes you topped up with (T&Cs § 5).
Is there a minimum top-up?
Yes, a small minimum amount per top-up. The exact value is shown in the top-up form.
Do I get a proper invoice?
Yes, every payment gets a PDF invoice in your customer account, showing the tax details that apply at the time. As a business customer you can store your billing address and VAT ID.
