Use this form to terminate any contract you concluded with us. You need neither a customer account nor a login.

Your termination takes effect when it reaches us. You are shown a receipt number and the exact time of receipt straight away; please keep both as evidence. If the email address belongs to a customer account, you receive a confirmation link there — once you confirm, we switch off the automatic renewal of your services (from your requested date, if you give one).

If you only want to stop a service from renewing automatically, the switch in the customer area is enough — the service then simply ends when the paid term runs out.

Ordered only recently? The right of withdrawal may serve you better, because it refunds a proportionate share of what you already paid.
