Use this form to terminate any contract you concluded with us. You need neither a customer account nor a login.
Your termination takes effect when it reaches us. You are shown a receipt number and the exact time of receipt straight away; please keep both as evidence.
If you only want to stop a service from renewing automatically, the switch in the customer area is enough — the service then simply ends when the paid term runs out.
Ordered only recently? The right of withdrawal may serve you better, because it refunds a proportionate share of what you already paid.

We store your entries, your IP address and the time of receipt in order to prove that the termination arrived (§ 312k(5) BGB, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). Terminating someone else’s contract is unlawful.
